How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Before Shipment
Before shipment: cancellation requests are allowed but not guaranteed and depend on order status. If your order has already entered processing, has been packed, or has been handed to the carrier, we may be unable to stop shipment.

After Shipment
After shipment: cancellations are not available; please follow the return process.

Order Cutoff Reminder
Orders placed by 6:00 PM (CST) are considered received that day, which can affect how quickly an order enters processing.
