Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders $95 and up; $8 flat-rate shipping on orders under $95.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed in 1–3 business days (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

How long does delivery take after shipping?
After your order ships, typical transit time is 3–5 business days.

What is your order cutoff time?
Our daily cutoff time is 6:00 PM (CST).

Which carriers do you use?
We may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers.

Will I receive tracking information?
If the carrier provides a tracking number, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax at checkout?
Prices shown include tax. No additional tax is added at checkout.

What is your return window?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

Non-quality returns: customer is responsible for return shipping.

Quality issues, wrong items, or shipping damage: we cover return shipping or resolve case-by-case.

How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Report delivery damage within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

Before shipment: cancellation requests are allowed but not guaranteed and depend on order status.

After shipment: cancellations are not available; please follow the return process.
