Scope of Limited Warranty
DecorMirth provides a limited warranty covering qualifying issues such as items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, subject to the conditions below.

DOA / Shipping Damage Claim Window
You must report damage on arrival (DOA) within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

The item damage/defect

The outer packaging and any internal packaging materials

What We May Do to Resolve a Covered Issue
If a claim is approved, we may offer an appropriate solution based on the situation, such as:

Replacement (when available)

Refund

Another reasonable remedy, as applicable

What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:

Issues caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Cosmetic variations that do not affect function (when applicable)

Issues reported outside the required reporting timeframe for delivery damage

How This Relates to Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Return shipping responsibility follows:

Non-quality returns: customer is responsible for return shipping.

Quality issues, wrong items, or shipping damage: we cover return shipping or resolve case-by-case.
